TM9-2815-202-34 4-10.  AIR  BOX  HEATER  REPLACEMENT  (Cont) IGNITION  COIL a.   Removal (1) (2) (3) (4) Disconnect  high  tension  lead  (28) from  ignition  coil  (40).  Remove  lead. Disconnect  wiring  harness  connector (41) from ignition coil (40). Remove bolt (42), Iockwasher (43), and  flat  washer  (44)  securing  bracket (45) and ignition coil (40) to air inlet housing. Remove coil and bracket as an  assembly.  Discard  Iockwasher. Remove bolt (46), nut (47), and Iockwasher (48) from bracket (45). Remove  ignition  coil Discard  Iockwasher. (40) from bracket. c.   Cleaning/inspection WARNING l l (1) (2) Dry  cleaning  solvent  P-D-680 goggles  and  gloves  and  use is  toxic  and  flammable.  Wear  protective only  in  well-ventilated  areas.   Avoid contact  with  skin,  eyes,  and  clothes.  Don’t  breathe  vapors.  Do  not  use near  open  flames  or  excessive  heat.  The  flash  point  is  100oF-138oF (38°C-50oC). If  you  become  dizzy  while  using  cleaning  solvent,  get medical aid. If contact with eyes is made, wash your eyes with water and  get  medical  aid  immediately. Compressed  air  used  for  cleaning  purposes  wiII  not  exceed  30  PSI. Use  only  with  effective  chip  guarding  and  personal  protective equipment  (goggles/shield,  gloves  etc.). Clean  outside  surface  with  cleaning  solvent  and  dry  with  compressed  air. Inspect ignition coil for oil seepage or damage to electrical connectors. 4-28
