Ensure hole in fuel filter spring (26), new cap seal screen (25) faces down.  Tighten ring (27), and filter screen filter screen cap (28) to 8-12 lb-ft cap (28) (11-16 Nm). 49. Tapered stud (54) Install on housing (38). 50. Jamnut (12) Install on tapered stud (54). 51. Threaded stud (32) and a.  Assemble together. jamnut (12) b.  Install on housing (38). 52. AFC needle valve (29) and a.  Lubricate O-ring (30) and new O-ring (30) install on AFC needle valve (29). b.  Install on housing (38) until AFC needle valve (29) bottoms out. 53. Throttle shaft (50) a.  Install on stop (47). b.  Secure with setscrew (46).   Do not tighten at this time. 54. Fuel adjusting screw (49) a.  Lubricate O-ring (48) and and new O-ring (48) install on fuel adjusting screw (49). b.  Insert fuel adjusting screw (49) Ensure fuel hole in throttle shaft in throttle shaft (50) about six (50) is open. rotations. 55. Throttle shaft (50) and new a.  Lubricate O-ring (51) and O-ring (51) install on throttle shaft (50). b.  Insert throttle shaft (50) into Setscrew (46) in stop (47) faces housing (38) with counterbore upward. of fuel port facing down. c.  Tighten setscrew (46) to 7-9 lb-ft (9-12 Nm). 3-444
