TM 9--2815--247--34 0026 00--9 ROCKER ARM COVER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED 0026 00 Installation -- Continued 4.   Apply lubricant to threads of four screws (35) prior to installation. 5.   Install four screws (35) with four new preformed packings with retainers (36) and alternately tighten four screws (32) to 23--27 lb--ft (2.6--3 NSm). 6.   Apply lubricant to threads of four screws (24), seven screws (26), and screw (28) prior to installation. 7.   Install four screws (24), four flat washers (25), seven screws (26), seven flat washers (27), screw (28), flat washer (29) and alternately tighten to 150--175 lb--in.
