TM 9--2815--247--34 INTAKE MANIFOLD AND AFTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED 0031 00 Installation 1.   Install six new gaskets (5) on cylinder studs (20). WARNING 2.   Install intake manifold and aftercooler assembly (2) on engine ensuring that lip on intake manifold and aftercooler assembly (2) engages cylinder shroud (21). 3.   Apply lubricant to 18 cylinder studs (20) and install 18 new self--locking nuts (1). 4.   Install six flat washers (4) and six screws (3) to secure intake manifold and aftercooler assembly (2) to engine block.
