TM 9--2815--247--34 0062 00--4 OIL SEAL HOUSING ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED PARTS REPLACEMENT -- CONTINUED 0062 00 Installation -- Continued 3.   Install new gasket (14). 4.   Apply a 1/4--inch bead of sealant to oil seal housing (6) where it mates with oil seal cap (3). 5.   Install oil seal housing (6) and oil seal cap (3) over oil seal (17) and on dowel pins (12 and 13). Figure 2 3 6 12 12 13 14 17 6.   Secure oil seal cap (3) and oil seal housing (6) to block with 20 screws (9) and 20 flat washers (10). Torque 20 screws (9) to 150--175 lb--in (17--20 NSm). 7.   Secure oil seal cap (3) to oil seal housing (6) with four new self--locking nuts (7) and four flat washers (8). 8.   Install oil seal retainers (2 and 5) over oil seal (17) and secure to oil seal cap (3) and oil seal housing (6) using six screws (1 and 4).
