Inspection
1. Visually inspect the vibration damper (3) for dents or distortion on the outer surfaces. Mark minor imperfections
for repair.
2. Inspect vibration damper (3) for evidence of leaking.
3. Measure the inside diameter of crankshaft pilot bore (4). Replace vibration damper if not within the following lim-
its.
