8. Discard slave nuts and install two new self--locking nuts (6) with two flat washers (7).
NOTE
Leave self--locking nut (1X) loose at stud for fire extin-
guisher tube attachment later.
9. Secure accessory housing assembly (4) using 29 new self--locking nuts (1), 29 flat washers (2), and two new
packings with retainers (3).
10. Torque 28 self--locking nuts (1) to 275--300 lb--in (31--34 NSm).
11. Install inter fan drive shaft and tube (WP 0095 00).
12. Install fuel metering pump, but do not connect flexible shaft coupling together (WP 0039 00).
