TM 9--2815--247--34 0088 00--4 AUTOMATIC FUEL INJECTION ADVANCE CONTROL ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED PARTS REPAIR -- CONTINUED 0088 00 Disassembly -- Continued CAUTION Before removing machine bolts securing the components of the automatic fuel injection advance control, check alignment and legibility of scribe marks on adjusting ring boss (16), flyweight assembly (17), and spur gearshaft flange (11). The marks must be aligned to ensure proper assembly. If the scribe marks are not aligned, scribe a new line on the spur gearshaft flange (11) in alignment with the adjusting ring boss (16) scribe line. Identify the new line by using a prick punch dot or some other meth- od of identification. The new spur gearshaft flange mark and adjusting ring boss mark must be in alignment for proper assembly.
