20. Note and record electronic counter (87).
21. Press oil drain push switch (99), located immediately below the oil pressure indicator gauge (97). The oil pres-
sure indicator gauge (97) should register zero (0) psi (0 Kpa) with the switch depressed.
22. Observe electronic counter (87) with the switch depressed. If the counter has changed more than two (2) de-
grees, the advance assembly requires adjustment. Refer to Adjustment procedure.
23. Release oil drain push switch (99) and turn speed regulator control (81) clockwise to increase the speed to 600
rpm.
24. Note and record the electronic counter (87) reading at each 200 rpm increment increase beginning at 600 rpm
and continuing through to 2600 rpm.
25. Reduce speed to 600 rpm and recheck electronic counter (87) reading. If this reading does not check with the
original reading, repeat the test.
