Removal -- Continued
7. Remove nine self--locking nuts (13) and nine flat washers (14) securing fan drive housing assembly (11) to base
assembly. Discard self--locking nuts.
NOTE
A self--locking nut was removed from stud (15) when fire
extinguisher tube was removed.
8. Cut and remove locking wire (16) and remove two screws (17) and two flat washers (18) from fan drive housing
assembly (11).
9. Install lifting tool (19) on fan drive housing assembly (11) and lift with attached straight shaft (10) from base as-
sembly (20).
