FUEL INJECTION

Torque for locknut for rocker arm
adjustment screw .... 70 + 15 Nm (50 + 11 lb. ft.)

Bore in bearing for rocker arm shaft

Injector installation:
a.
Put multipurpose type grease in bore of cylinder
head for lubrication of the O-ring seals.
b.  Put injector in bore. Use bolt and clamp to
push injector into the correct position.
NOTE:Do not tap (hit) surface "Y" to install injector.
c.
Tighten bolt that holds fuel injector
clamp to.............. 65 + 7 N-m (48 + 5 lb. ft.)
d.
After clamp is tightened, injector rack "X"
must move freely.

Fuel timing dimension set by gauge.

Guide springs must not be used again. Always
install new guide springs.
