GENERAL TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR
BOLTS, NUTS AND TAPERLOCK STUDS
The following charts give the standard torque values for bolts, nuts and
taperlock studs of SAE Grade 5 or better quality. Exceptions are given in
other sections of the Service Manual where needed.
