Cause
Correction
Failure of oil cooler core.
Install a new core for the oil cooler. Drain
crankcase and refill with clean lubricant. Install
new oil filter element.
Failure of cylinder head gasket.
Check cylinder liner projection. Install a new
cylinder head gasket. Tighten the bolts holding
the cylinder head.
Crack or defect in cylinder head.
