New  coupling  key (13),   tachometer drive  gear  (4), drive  coupling  (14), flat  washer  (15),  new coupling    lockwasher (16),  and  coupling screw  (17) a. Position new coupling key on drive shaft  (3). b. Lubricate  drive  shaft  (3)  with  extreme- pressure  grease  and,  using  arbor  press and mandrel, press tachometer drive gear and drive coupling into place. Make  sure  tachometer  drive  gear  and tachometer  gear  teeth  are  alined. c. Position  new  coupling  lockwasher  and flat  washer  on  coupling  screw.  Using 1/2-inch  drive  1/2-inch  socket  and ratchet  handle,  screw  on  and  tighten. Hold  drive  coupling  or  drive  shaft  in soft-jawed  vise  while  tightening  coup- ling  screw. TA  242550 2-319
