1. Right side of
Six screws (2) and
cylinder block (1)
six lockwashers (3)
Using 1/2-inch drive 7/16-inch socket and
ratchet handle, unscrew and take out.
Discard lockwashers.

Water header cover
(4) and gasket (5)
Take off.
Discard gasket.
