WARNING
Drycleaning solvent PD-680 used to clean parts is potentially dangerous to personnel and
property. Avoid repeated and prolonged skin contact. Do not use near open flame or
excessive heat. Flash point of solvent is 100°F–138°F (38°C-60°C).
Clean camshaft (6), camshaft axle (5) and tappets (7) with drycleaning solvent and dry thoroughly.
Inspect all components for signs of excessive wear, missing or damaged gears or other signs of
damage, and replace defective parts. Refer to table 6-2 for wear limits.
