Remove two screws (1), flat washers (2), Iockwashers (3), and nuts (4) and remove exhaust manifold
cover (5) and gasket (6).
N O TE
Some engines do not use seats.
Remove four nuts (7) and remove two exhaust manifolds (8) and (9), exhaust pipe (10), and
seats (11).
Loosen two clamps (12) and separate exhaust manifolds (8) and (9) from exhaust pipe (10).
W A R N I NG
Drycleaning solvent PD-680 used to clean parts is potentially dangerous to personnel and
property. Avoid repeated and prolonged skin contact. Do not use near open flame or
excessive heat. Flash point of solvent is 100°F.-138°F. (38°C.-60°C.).
Clean all items in drycleaning solvent, and dry thoroughly.
Replace all items that are worn or otherwise damaged.
