Connect one lead of multimeter to ignition switch terminal (1).
NOTE
Switch OFF position is ignition switch RUN position. Switch ON position is ignition switch
OFF position.
Set ignition switch (2) to RUN.
Connect second lead of multimeter to ignition switch terminal (3).
Continuity should not be present, if it is, replace switch.
Set ignition switch to OFF, continuity should now be present, if not, replace switch.
