Ensure gasket mating surfaces are clean, and free of old gasket material.
Install carburetor (4) and new gasket (9) and secure with two nuts (7) and Iockwashers (8).
Install fuel line (6) and tighten coupling nut (5).
Install governor control rod (3) and secure with nut (1)
Adjust carburetor (para. 4-25.a.).
and washer (2).
