3. Measure inside diameter (A) of idler spur gear (10). Replace spur gear if it is not within
specifications in the following table.
4. Ball bearing (20) is a mandatory replacement item.
a. New ball bearing must meet specifications in the following table. Inside diameter is (B)
outside diameter is (C).
5. Measure outside diameter (D) of idler shaft (13). Replace shaft if it is not within specifications
in the following table.
