(33) Crankshaft and Main Bearings.
(a) Rotate engine to upside down position.
(b) Mark bearing caps to their journal position with No. 1 starting at vi bration damper end.
(c) Bend lockplate tabs and remove capscrews and lockplates from main bearing caps. Discard lockplates.
