Replace tachometer drive bushing as follows:
(a)
With a 0.50 in. (12.70 mm) pipe tap, cut a thread in bushing. Leave tap in bushing.
(b)
Insert punch through rear of housing (38) (gear pump mount pad) and drive out bushing.
(c)
Apply coat of high pressure lubricant to new bushing.
(d)
Press bushing into housing flush with housing bore.
