Replace sleeve if not within the following limits. 2.   Measure the small and large outside diameter (17 and 18) of regulator valve plunger (10). Replace plunger if not within the following limits. 3.   Check springs (6 and 13) against the following limits using a spring tester. Replace spring if not within the follow- ing limits. REF NO.
