7. Apply anti--seize compound to three new pipe plugs (12) and install in exhaust manifold (10).
8. Install three new gaskets (11) onto cylinders 1L, 2L, and 3L.
9. Install exhaust manifold (10) and secure with 12 new self--locking nuts (9). Torque 12 new self--locking nuts (9) to
275 lb--in. (31 NSm).
10. Install exhaust elbow (8) onto exhaust manifold (10) with new gasket (7), four screws (6), and four new self--lock-
ing nuts (5).
