Disassembly
1. Remove five self--locking nuts (6) (four self--locking nuts on left side) from three aftercooler supports (7, 8, and 9).
Discard self--locking nuts.
2. Remove three screws (10), three spacer flanges (11), three grommets (12), and three aftercooler supports (7, 8,
and 9). Discard grommets.
3. Loosen four band clamps (13) and two band clamps (14).
4. Remove intake manifold (15) from aftercooler (16).
5. Remove four band clamps (13), two band clamps (14), three connector sleeves (17 and 18), and sleeve (19) from
intake manifold (15). Discard connector sleeves.
6. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
