CONTROL ROD ASSEMBLY REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Repair
1. Remove two rod end plain bearings (5) from control rod (6) by loosening two plain nuts (7).
2. Install two new rod end plain bearings (5 and 6) then set length to approximately 10.92 inches (277.3680 mm) and
tighten two plain nuts (7).

Assembly
Install four rod end bearing spacers (2) and two new rod end boots (1) on control rod assembly (3).
