Repair
1. Plate plain nuts (40) may be repaired by bending ears (41) open and replacing plain nut (42).
2. If ears (41) are damaged, plate plain nuts (40) must be chiseled from shroud and a new plate plain nut spot--
welded in place.
3. Damaged weld nuts (43) must be chiseled from mounting bracket (44) and a new weld nut (43) welded in place.
4. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
