Repair
1. Replace defective screw thread inserts (47 and 48). Refer to WP 0012 00.
2. Replace damaged oil transfer tubes (39 and 40).
3. Replace damaged, bent, or stripped studs (49 and 50). Refer to WP 0012 00.

Assembly
1. Install new gasket (44) and cover (43) on oil pan (4) with three new packings with retainers (42) and three screws
(41).
2. Install three oil transfer tubes (39 and 40) and three new gaskets (37 and 38).
3. Install two new expansion plugs (36).
4. Install 12 new pipe plugs (32, 33, 34, and 35).
