TM 9--2815--247--34 0085 00--6 ACCESSORY DRIVE HOUSING ASSEMBLY AND ASSOCIATED PARTS REPAIR -- CONTINUED 0085 00 Disassembly -- Continued 7.   Remove six self--locking nuts (21) and six flat washers (22) attaching left and right bank camshaft drive supports (23) to housing (9). Discard self--locking nuts. 8.   Separate camshaft drive supports (23) from housing (9) and remove left and right gearshaft assembly (24). 9.   Remove preformed packing (25) from both camshaft drive supports (23). Discard preformed packing. 10. Remove fuel metering pump flexible shaft coupling hub and sleeve. Refer to WP 0038 00. NOTE Two of the nine self--locking nuts joining the two housings were previously removed with accessory drive sling. 11. Remove seven self--locking nuts (26) and seven flat washers (27) and separate housing (9) from housing (8). Discard self--locking nuts. 12. Remove four pipe plugs (28) and pipe plug (29). Discard pipe plugs. 13. Remove spur gearshaft (30) from housing (8). 14. Remove needle roller bearing (31), thrust washer (32) and needle roller bearing (33) from spur gearshaft (30). Discard needle bearings. 15. Remove plain encased seal (34) and needle roller bearing (35) from housing (8). Discard seal and needle bear- ing.
