Slide vane (34), eight springs (35), and eight seals (36) into housing (32). CAUTION Vane must have 0.0010 to 0.0015 (.0254--.0381 mm) end clearance with vane housing. 11. Install cover (20) onto spur bevel gearshaft (10). CAUTION Pins and pin holes will align in two positions. However, the bolt holes in cover and housing will align in one posi- tion only. Make certain that the cover and housing are correctly positioned so bolt holes are aligned. 12. Install housing (32), vane (34), springs (35), and seals (36) over spur bevel gearshaft (10) and onto cover (20), aligning dots (70 and 71) while mating pins (33) with pin holes and aligning bolt holes.
