Pump Calibration Checks: As Received For Service
1.
500 RPM WOT: Operate Pump for 10 min. to bring to operating temperature and clear air from system.
2.
975 RPM: Prior to checking pump performance, reset high idle screw to obtain 10-12 mm3/stroke.
3.
875 RPM (WOT): Check housing pressure: 4 to 10 psi (28 to 69 kPa).
4.
Check Points: (Sequence must be followed as listed).
