Check for proper lube oil type (refer to TM 9-6115-672-14 or other applicable TM). Drain oil and replace oil filter (refer to paragraph 3.11.2). Refill with proper lube oil type (refer to TM 9-6115-672-14 or other applicable TM). Refer to troubleshooting section labeled "ENGINE OVERHEATING". Check for engine overheating (refer to TM 9-6115-672-14 or other applicable TM). Notify next higher level of maintenance. Perform end item troubleshooting procedures (refer to TM 9-6115-672-14 or other applicable TM).
