(refer to paragraph 4.3.2). Repair or replace faulty components (refer to paragraph 4.3.2). Test starter motor armature and field windings (refer to paragraph 4.3.2). Notify next higher level of maintenance. Perform end item troubleshooting procedures (refer to TM 9-6115-672-14 or other applicable TM). Engine fails to crank.
