Replace bevel gear shaft if not within the following limits. 2.   Measure outside diameter (34) of lubrication fitting (8).   Replace lubrication fitting if not within the following limits. 3.   Measure the inside diameter (35), at both ends of shouldered shaft (9). Replace shouldered shaft if not within the following limits. 4.   Measure the spherical outside diameter (36) of lubrication fitting (8).
