To avoid serious injury or death, keep fuel away from open fire and keep fire extinguisher within easy reach when working with fuel. Smoking  is  prohibited  while  working  with  fuel. 1. Engine mounted on Fuel  filter  (1) a. Fill with clean fuel oil. engine  test  stand b. Put on and tighten. 2. Fuel  pump  (2) a. Using   9/16-inch   box-end   wrench,   loos- en  and  take  out  plug  (3)  next  to  tacho- meter  drive  (4). b. C. Fill with clean fuel oil.
