Position fuel tank (4) and two straps (3) on frame as- sembly (1) and tighten two nuts (2). Install  throttle  control  (see  paragraph  7-7). Install fuel line (see paragraph 7-6). NOTE A suitable container should be used to catch any draining fuel. Ensure that all spills are prop- erly cleaned.
