TURBOSUPERCHARGER TIE ROD, SUPPORTS, AND ASSOCIATED PARTS
REPLACEMENT

INSTALLATION
1. Install base supports (9).
a. Apply a small amount of lubricant (item 23, WP 0173) to two screws (8).
b. Install base supports (9) and secure with close-tolerance bolts (8), and slotted plain
nuts (7).
c. Tighten slotted plain nuts (7) to 33-39 foot-pounds (41-52 Nm), using torque wrench
(item 127, WP 0176).
d. Secure two slotted plain nuts (7) with new cotter pins (6) (item 51, WP 0175).
