If a fitting is not in alignment with the fuel tubing once torque has been performed, turn the fitting in the tightening direction until aligned.  Do not loosen fitting to align. Tighten  tubing  nuts  as  follows:  Tighten  5/16-in.    tubing  nuts  to  17  lb-ft  (23  Nm)  and tighten 1/2-in.  tubing nuts to 28 lb-ft (38 Nm). 11. Two elbows (37) Install on cylinder head (36). 12. Valve (46) and adapters Install on fuel pump (10). (45) and (44) 13. Fuel supply tube (33) Install on adapter (45) and elbow (37). 14.
