Perform reaming operation on remaining dowel pin.

Install new oversize dowel pins. Take care not to flatten pin.

Wipe interior of housing clean.

Install flex disk and ring gear assembly.
(1)
Apply thin coat of lubricating oil to threads of capscrews and washers before installing.
(2)
Position crankshaft adapter, flex disk and ring gear assembly, and clamping ring against
crankshaft and secure with flat washers and capscrews.
(3)
Torque capscrews in sequence shown to 200 - 220 ft lbs (271-298 Nm).
