Disassembly -- Continued
3. Carefully drill out 10 blind rivets (10) and 10 flat washers (11) using a 1/8 inch drill. Discard rivets and washers.
4. Remove four strips (12) and seal (13) from aftercooler (5). Discard seal.
5. Inspect parts for damage and replace as required.
Assembly
1. Apply adhesive to groove in new seal (13).
2. Install new seal (13) on aftercooler (5).
3. Secure seal (13) with four strips (12), 10 new flat washers (11) and 10 new blind rivets (10).
