FUEL INJECTOR NOZZLE AND HOLDER REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Test
CAUTION
Do not allow dirt to enter nozzle fuel inlet opening.
1. Clean exterior of nozzle and holder (3) to remove carbon and dirt. Refer to WP 0012 00.
2. Mount the fuel injector nozzle and holder (3) on a fuel injector nozzle tester (13) using metal tube assembly (14).
3. Connect metal tube assembly (14) to lower connection (15) on fuel injector nozzle tester.
WARNING
The penetrating power of atomized fuel under pressure is
sufficient to puncture the skin and may cause blood poi-
soning. Keep hands away from nozzle during test.
4. Fill reservoir (16) with sufficient fuel to perform test.
