FUEL INJECTOR NOZZLE AND HOLDER REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Disassembly
1. Place fuel injector nozzle and holder (3) in a machinist vise.
2. Remove two preformed packings (21 and 22). Discard packings.
CAUTION
Do not drop any of the internal pieces when removing
nut. Damage to parts may occur.
3. Loosen nut (10), but do not remove.
4. Remove fuel injector nozzle and holder assembly (3) from vise and lay on bench.
5. Remove nut (10), sleeve (23), spring (24), seat (25), spacer (11), and nozzle tip (26) from nozzle and holder (3).
