15. Visually inspect throttle lock control lever housing (86) and pin (87). Refer to WP 0012 00.
16. Visually inspect governor cross shaft control lever housing (88) and pin (89). Refer to WP 0012 00.
17. Measure inside diameter (90) of governor cross shaft control lever housing (88). Replace governor cross shaft
control lever housing (88) if not within the following limits.
