CYLINDER HEAD ASSEMBLY REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Assembly
1. Apply lubricant to valve stems and install intake valve (13) and exhaust valve (9) in their respective guides in cyl-
inder head assembly (1). Hold valves in position and place the cylinder on valve removing and inserting stand (2).
2. Install exhaust valve rotor (15), outer, intermediate, and inner exhaust valve springs (6), and exhaust valve spring
seat (7) over the exhaust valve (9) stem.
3. Install intake valve spring seat (16), outer, intermediate, and inner intake valve springs (11), and intake valve
spring lock (12) over the intake valve (13) stem.
