OIL PAN ASSEMBLY REPAIR -- CONTINUED

Removal -- Continued
WARNING
6. Lift the engine (12) from the maintenance stand (13) and lower to a level surface.
7. Remove two self--locking nuts (7) and two flat washers (3) from the oil pan (4). Discard self--locking nuts.
8. Lift engine (12) off of oil pan (4).
9. Lower engine (12) onto the maintenance stand (13).
10. Secure engine (12) to maintenance stand (13) with four screws (10) and four flat washers (11).
11. Remove sling assembly (8).
