TM 9--2815--247--34 0082 00--3 OIL PUMP ASSEMBLY REPAIR -- CONTINUED 0082 00 Disassembly -- Continued 6.  Straighten tabs on key washer (14) and remove nut (15) from shaft (16). 7.  Remove key washer (14), two ball bearings (17), cluster gear (18), thrust washer (19), washer bearing (20), and shaft (16). Discard key washer. 8.  Position a brass rod or drift between impellers (21 and 22) through opening in housing assembly (23) to hold im- pellers stationary. 9.  Remove self--locking nut (24), spur gear (25), and plate (13). Discard self--locking nut. 10. Remove three self--locking nuts (26) and three flat washers (27) securing cover assembly (28) to housing assem- bly (29). Discard self--locking nuts. 11. Remove cover assembly (28) from housing assembly (29). 12. Remove two impellers (30 and 31) from housing assembly (29).
