WATER PUMP
REMOVE WATER PUMP

1.
Drain the coolant from the cooling system.
2.
Disconnect the water supply line from the water
pump inlet.
3.
Remove the bolts and retainers from both ends,
of tube (1) and remove tube (1) from the engine.
4.
Remove the bolts and remove damper guard (2)
from the engine.
5.
Remove bolts (3) that hold the pump to the water
line adapter.
6.
Fasten a hoist to water pump (4) and remove the
four bolts that hold the pump to the oil and water
pump drive adapter. Remove pump (4) from the
engine. The weight of the pump is 39 kg (85 lb.).
