TM   9-2815-202-34 4-24.   FLYWHEEL   HOUSING   REPLACEMENT   (Cont) (13) l l NOTE Cover  (27) is  not  used  on  models  7083-7398  and  7083-7399. Install gasket (28) and cover (27) to right side of flywheel housing.  Secure in place with five bolts (23), five Iockwashers (24), bolt (25), and copper washer (26). Torque bolts to 30-35 lb- ft (41-47 N-m). NOTE Do  not  torque  cover  bolts  until  turbocharger  mounting  bracket  is  installed  (model 7083-7395). For model 7083-7395, install four bolts (31) and four Iockwashers (32). For models 7083-7391, 7083-7396, 7083-7398, and 7083-7399, install eight bolts (31) and four Iockwashers  (32). (14) Install two gaskets (36) and two covers (35) to flywheel housing. Secure in place with two bolts (33), two flat washers (34), bolts (31), and Iockwashers (32). Torque bolts to 30-35 Ib-ft (41-47 N-m). (15) Remove lifting sling (3) and two eye bolts (1) from flywheel housing (2).
