If necessary, remove three solid plugs (45) from top surface of cylinder banks.
Remove two pipe plugs (46) from top of block.
For model 7083-7391: If necessary, remove cup plug (46.1) from top front of block. Discard
plug.
Using plug adaptor, remove two threaded plugs (47) and two washers (48) from floor of
airbox. Discard washers.
Remove six pipe plugs (49) from top surface of cylinder banks.
If necessary, remove fourteen pipe plugs (50) from bottom of cylinder head bolt holes.
Remove four bolts (51), four Iockwashers (52), cover plate (53), and gasket (54) from left side
of block. Discard Iockwashers and gasket.
Remove airbox drain tube elbow (55) from each side of block.
Remove seven bolts (56), cover (57), two covers (58), gasket (59), and two gaskets (60) from
each side of cylinder block. If necessary, remove two plugs (61) from each cover (57).
Discard gaskets.
