2. Test automatic drain valve (13) operation.
NOTE

It may be necessary to unseat
sensor probes (14, 15) by tapping
upward on edge of sensor
retaining nut.
A red band identifies top sensor
probe and it is also the longer of
the two probes.
a.
Remove both sensor probes (14,15).
b.
Remove both sensor fittings (16).
c.
Replace sensor fittings with two 1/8-27 pipe plugs (17) (item 83, WP 0176).
d.
Refill fuel/water separator (1) with clean fuel (item 12, WP 0173) to approximately half
full.
